Team Roles
Crew Member / Craftsman
Entry-level or skilled field position focused on hands-on landscape construction, including planting, hardscape installation, irrigation, and general site work. Ideal for dependable individuals who are physically capable, take direction well, and want to learn a skilled trade.
Foreman /
Crew Leader
Leads a field crew and is responsible for executing project plans, maintaining quality standards, and keeping jobs on schedule. Requires strong leadership, communication skills, and prior experience in landscape construction or related trades.
Management / Operations
Responsible for scheduling, coordination, estimating support, client communication, and overall project execution oversight. Best suited for individuals with experience in construction management, landscaping operations, or leadership roles in the field.
