We typically begin with a brief discovery conversation to understand your goals. In most cases, this is followed by an on-site consultation where we evaluate your property and develop a detailed project proposal.
In some situations, a consultation fee may apply for in-depth site visits, design-level evaluation, or detailed planning. When applicable, this fee is typically credited toward the project if you move forward with construction.
How far out are you scheduling projects?
Scheduling varies depending on season, weather conditions, workload, and project size. During peak construction season, lead times are longer.
We provide current scheduling availability during your consultation so you have a clear understanding of where your project fits in our construction calendar.
Do I need landscape design?
If your project involves more than basic landscaping, a landscape design is strongly recommended. A design ensures that hardscaping, planting, lighting, irrigation, and drainage are all coordinated into a single cohesive plan.
A well-developed design often saves money by reducing changes during construction, avoiding unnecessary rework, and helping ensure materials and layout decisions are made correctly from the start.
It also allows your project to be completed in phases while maintaining a clear long-term vision for your property.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A design deposit may be required prior to beginning work. Unless otherwise stated, design services are typically structured as 50% due at signing and 50% due upon delivery of the final design package.
All design deposits and completed design work are non-refundable.
